I’m a Zendesk, Dixa and Intercom Consultant & the Founder of ThibautCX; I work with entrepreneurs and organizations all over the world to help them build the foundations of exceptional Customer Service.
I was first introduced to Zendesk back in 2013 as an agent. Later, I became the Head of Customer Support for an hyper-growth scale-up where my department used Zendesk for all customers interactions. We then made the switch to Dixa. I became a Zendesk, Dixa and Intercom certified consultant in 2022, and in 2023 created ThibautCX. My consulting agency that helps businesses transform and optimize their workflows and processes.
I was born in 🥖 France and raised on 🌞 the French Riviera. I speak French and English. And when I’m not working you can find me 🚴 cycling, 🎧 listening podcasts, 🦮 walking Mia my dog, or 👩💻 learning more about CX, personal finance, real-estate, and crypto!
In 2020, I came back to the customer experience side. As Head of the CX department at Otrium, I oversaw our Customer Service operations across 10+ Geos with a focus on scaling our support model to support Otrium's growth. I was also responsible to make the voice of our customers heard internally and use this data to guide our business decisions to make every customer's experience unique.
In 2018, I moved to the Sales side and started consulting enterprise advertisers on their Search activities investments across all available Search engines leveraging the power of Google Marketing Platform. I was responsible to translate top tier advertisers’ business objectives in actionable Tech solutions to achieve higher performances on Search activities. Managing $130M yearly spend for top FR advertisers in Travel, Finance and Retail industries.
In 2015, I started my career as a consultant for SMB french advertisers on Google Ads. I helped advertisers needing assistance for complex data analysis, digital campaign optimizations or solving technical problems to improve advertisers ROI with Google products such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & App), Google Analytics, Merchant Center or Tag Manager.
